Universal M5 Clamp

The Dolphin II XP-005L comes standard with the M5 clamp, allowing the machine to work with a wide range of automotive key profiles.

The M5 clamp supports:

• standard single-sided keys;
• standard double-sided keys;
• 2-track external keys;
• 4-track external keys;
• 4-track internal keys;
• channel-track keys;
• dimple keys.

Certain specialized key profiles may require the optional M3 or M4 clamps.

Adjustable HD Touchscreen

One of the key advantages of the XP-005L is its adjustable touchscreen. The screen angle can be adjusted according to the working position, making the machine convenient to use both on a workbench and in mobile working conditions.

The 1280 × 720 resolution display provides a clear view of key data, settings and cutting information.

The built-in database allows users to quickly select the vehicle manufacturer, model and required key cutting data.

The database covers more than 100 vehicle brands, approximately 2,000 models and over 20,000 key data profiles.

The spindle speed reaches up to 12,500 RPM, while the motor torque is 0.15 N·m, providing stable and precise key cutting performance.

Wi-Fi & Bluetooth Connectivity

Built-in Wi-Fi allows the machine firmware and key database to be updated directly online.

Bluetooth connectivity enables control of the machine through the Xhorse application on a smartphone or other compatible smart device.

Professional Mobile Key Cutting Solution

With dimensions of 390 × 220 × 270 mm and a net weight of approximately 13 kg, the XP-005L is convenient to transport and suitable for different working environments.

Depending on the specific machine version, an integrated lithium battery may be included, allowing the machine to be used as a mobile key cutting solution. The battery is listed as an optional configuration item.
